Hey there!

My name is Lee Aaron Smart and I am a world class husband, father of four, and a  Professional Life Coach from Louisiana.  I guide self-employed top performers to flourish with family.  Many of these amazing creators find themselves stuck in a job rather than owning a business that creates their dream life.  I have coached teachers, small team managers, special forces operators, music directors, corporate executives, artists, and many others, assisting them to excel in all aspects of life.  They become better leaders, spouses, parents, and friends through our work together.

I take great pride in personal development, and have been a self-improvement junkie for nearly two decades.  I am very passionate about Men’s work, and playfully say I am God’s gift to women because of what I do for their husbands.  It means the world to me to be ‘That guy’, the guy people come to when they are ready to level up their life.

My first business became monetarily successful, yet I was burnt out, exhausted, and spent very little time doing the things I loved.  I realized there is a huge difference between being rich and living a great life.  Hiring a coach was so transformational for me, I decided to become a coach.  It was an easy transition because of the tremendous impact coaching had on my life.

I’m here to spread the stories and knowledge I have learned so others interested in becoming the best version of themselves can experience the time freedom, peace of mind, and laughs I have discovered on my journey.  I live to stretch the limits of what I am capable of, and to help others find what it is that energizes them.

I love traveling the world, playing guitar, headbanging to heavy metal, hiking, and playing board games with my kids.  It has been scientifically proven that people who hang out with me have more fun, deeper relationships, and do more impactful work in this world.  I’d love to hang out, whether that is via a Zoom call or going on a retreat together.  

Remember, you can’t learn to ride a bike by reading a book, so let’s get to work and walk with knowledge wisely.
